Q：Why no records when events happens?

A：There are 3 recording methods:  schedule recording, motion detection recording, and both the two at the same time.If you choose the schedule recording, but the event happened out of the recording schedule. The even won’t be recorded. We strongly recommend you setup recording for both types at the same time.
